Rental prices

• Midseason (01.09 – 30.09): € 215 (USD 235) per night
• Highseason: € 230 (USD 250) per night
• Peakseason (15.12 – 08.01): € 295 (USD 320) per night *

* For arrivals and/or stays in or around the Christmas period, the minimum rental period is 14 nights at peak season rate.

Prices excl. 9% local tax (OB)

Apartment deposit: 500 Euro (USD 540) [must be paid in cash to management Diana Terstall on the day of arrival).

Intermediate cleaning € 60,- / 65 USD (mandatory after every 7 nights)

Management + End-Cleaning: 199 Euro (USD 215).

Additional cost: power consumption (30 kWh per 24 hours) and water consumption (0,20 cubic meter per 24 horus) daily included. Additional consumption is additionally charged: Electicity € 0,60 (USD 0,65) per kWh and water € 6,15 (USD 6,50) per m3.

Free entrance to Boca-Gentil-Beachpool, Papagayo-Seawater-Pool and Jan Thiel Beach.
